Your driver will meet you inside the terminal. The meeting point will be sent to you with your booking confirmation.
He will be holding a sign showing your name or the requested title. You will be assisted with your luggage then driven to your destination
Your driver will be waiting outside your premises a few minutes prior to the booking time but will not make contact, unless requested, so that others are not disturbed.
What happens if I’m late?
We monitor arrival times for all flights. Please meet with your driver as soon as your flight has landed.
If you do not make contact, please phone our office immediately, otherwise the driver will be authorised to receive a cancel and charge for the full amount of the fare.
Drivers will arrive at all pick-up destinations a few minutes prior
to the booking time and wait a further 10 minutes after the booking
time, before contacting our office for confirmation.
The driver will then wait another further 10 minutes before a cancel and charge is issued for the full amount of the fare.

Terms & Conditions
1. It is the Customers responsibility to check and verify the above
booking confirmation, that the details are accurate & correct.
Any alterations or changes should be advised to our office at your earliest convenience as any diversions or additions to the above booking will incur additional charges.
2. Cancellations 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time will incur full transfer charge.
Cancellations 8 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time (outside business hours) will incur full transfer charge.
Cancellations for specialised transport such as Stretch Limousines & Buses within 48hours of scheduled pick up time will incur full or part charge.
3. Waiting time will be charged as follows:
10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time waiting time will be charged at $1.10 per minute for Sedans and Mini Buses and $2.20 per minute for Mini Buses
Airport Pick Ups: Waiting time will apply 25 minutes after touch down of the scheduled flight arrival time. In the case of lost luggage where the driver is required to wait, waiting time will be charged at $1.10 per minute for Sedans and $2.20 per minute for Mini Buses
4. KIMCAR reserves the right to substitute any vehicle with an equivalent vehicle or refund in full any amount paid if we are unable to provide pre-booked vehicle due to conditions outside our control (e.g. Road conditions, storms, break downs)
