Please Note:
Some card providers charge a merchant fee which will be added
to the transaction.
Deposit Refund Policy / Cancellation
Where a deposit for a Direct Transfer has been received and
a cancellation made more than (2) two hours prior to the vehicle
being despatched, a full refund will be made available by
reversal of the original payment method. The driver may otherwise
receive the full amount of the fare.
Where a deposit for a multi Car / Hour booking has been received
and a cancellation made more than (3) three Business Days
prior to the event, a full refund will be made available by
reversal of the original payment method. The driver may otherwise
receive the full amount of the fare.
No Show
Should you fail to make contact with our driver at the pre-arranged
location, and not telephone us at or before the booking time,
the driver may receive the full amount of the fare.
