How do I meet my driver?
Airport:
Your driver will meet you inside the terminal. The meeting
point will be sent to you with your booking confirmation.
He will be holding a sign showing your name or the requested
title. You will be assisted with your luggage then driven
to your destination.
Home/Office:
Your driver will be waiting outside your premises a few minutes
prior to the booking time but will not make contact, unless
requested, so that others are not disturbed.
What happens
if I'm late?
Airport:
We monitor arrival times for all flights. Please meet with
your driver as soon as your flight has landed.
If you do not make contact, please phone our office immediately,
otherwise the driver will be authorised to receive a cancel
and charge for the full amount of the fare.
Home/Office:
Drivers will arrive at all pick-up destinations a few minutes
prior to the booking time and wait a further 10 minutes after
the booking time, before contacting our office for confirmation.
The driver will then wait another further 10 minutes before
a cancel and charge is issued for the full amount of the fare.
