Some card providers charge a 10% merchant fee which will be added to the transaction.

A booking fee equal to the full amount of the fare will be requested from all new and first-time travellers.

Payment from regular clients can be made directly to the driver.

Deposit Refund Policy

Where a deposit for a Direct Transfer has been received and a cancellation made more than (2) two hours prior to the vehicle being despatched a full refund will be made available by reversal of the original payment method

Where a deposit for a multi Car / Hour booking has been received and a cancellation made more than (3) three Business Days prior to the event a full refund will be made available by reversal of the original payment method

Cancellation/ No Show

Should you fail to make contact with our driver at the
pre-arranged booking pick-up address, and not telephone our booking line at or before the booking time, the driver may receive the full amount of the fare from your
deposit / credit card or account.
